I need some advice, please. I am evicting a tenant after almost 3 long months of non-payment. What I need to know is when the sheriff's office removes this tenant for good, can I also re-key the lock on the mailbox? I don't want to give this guy any reason to come near my property. Thank you for your help and suggestions!

Yes, once an official or eviction officer removes the tenant there is basically the legal document or warrant created. You can then re-key everything that they had access to. The tenant themselves would need to add a change of location through the postal service.
