I have tenants that are lets just say not best of tenants. They always pay in advance which is bi weekly their lease is weekly now. they are paid till 28th of the month and it was brought to my attention that there were more people living there than on lease. so i gave them move out under codes 951 952, by 21st. do i have to give them thier to 28th rent back, or even have to let them stay

They pay in advance which sounds like great tenants. No damages to property, even better!!! What i would do is send a violation notice stating that there are unauthorized occupants and they will need to leave the property or the eviction process will begin.
