section 8 tenant did give me 30 notice

I received notice from housing that the family terminated the contract and would be moving out by the end of this month. My problems is the tenant has not given me a 30 notice, should I be worried she wont move out?

Talk to the tenant......Technically, no notice is required since the lease specifies a termination date..... Check with Housing to see what happens if tenant has not moved. I believe they will cover the days they remain.
