Landscaping Replacement Cost

Need advice on deducting landscaping cost from security deposit in the state of Mississippi. Lease agreement states the tenant shall maintain lawn and landscaping by cutting grass, removing weeds and pruning trees. They dug up all plants and cut down shrubs and trees. Can we charge them for replacements?

We also have before and after photos of the landscaping. We understand that landscaping maintenance is difficult to get a tenant to manage. However, we feel cutting down shrubs and digging up plants is excessive. Do you have any advice.
