I filed a notice of eviction with my county court. We had a hearing and my tenet declared bankruptcy two days before the hearing which means she has a stay based on bankruptcy. At the hearing, my lawyer filed an abatement and the judge gave us 60 days. My tenet did not pay her rent in July (after the hearing). Can I request another hearing and evict her now?
