Notice Given/Last Month Rent Not Paid

I gave a month to month tenant a Notice to Vacate with more than 30 day notice. Now she is 10 days late paying last months rent.  No longer answering text/messages. How should I proceed? 5 Day Notice to Pay/Quit, file with court for payment/eviction, file with credit bureau? Inherited tenant with property purchase so no last month rent paid up front.

She might already be moved out,  the other problem is it seems like some tenants think that they don't have to pay the last months rent once they are given notice.
