What is my next step? 3 day to pay or eviction notice?

Hi I have a tenant who has been renting a house from me for a year and a half.  The last 6 months she has been late or her rent every month.  I send her a late notice and several text none of which she has replied to. Her rent was due on the 1st and considered late on the 5th.  Being today is the 21st, is my next step a 3 day to to pay of quit or an eviction notice? Thank you
