I am a landlord in Palm Desert, CA....tenant has been evicted and has left personal items: clothing, document & a few pieces of furniture. What are my options with these items.? do I pack them up and store? Need access to the unit to clean, etc William

Google "Palm Springs CA tenant left items" and click on the first "pdf" file. (very jealous of your location Mr. C.)
