10 day notice to vacate

I have week to week agreement with tenant he's recently started having a hard time paying his because he's laying out of work.  He's tapped his friends and family out of helping him anymore with paying his rent.  The 28 of Dec I gave him 10 day notice to vacate premises.  According to this website in Tn. that's all the time I am required to give him notice.  After such time as passed can I legally change locks for my property?
