30 day notice of non-renewal NYS

Because of Covid-19 are landlords still able to use this form and be effective? We are unsure if the eviction ban has been lifted but need to get these people out ASAP.

You would still use this form. The only problem is if they don't vacate you still have to go through the eviction process and your probably going to be delayed getting them out.
