Eviction in Georgia

We informed our tenants we were going to be selling the house at the end of their lease term.  They proceeded to start proceedings to purchase the home. They were dragging their feet on getting the loan financing worked out. The lease expired 2/19. We signed and extention for one month to allow them time to get their financing together.  They have since backed out on buying the house.  We have given them notice on 3/15 that we will not extend the lease and their current lease ends 3/31/19.  When can we start the eviction process?    On a side note I have also found last week that they are in violation of the pet agreement.   Thanks,

Might need to give them a 30 day notice.
