Room Rentals

How long it is suggested for  tenant who only rents a  room before you can start eviction.  Last month my tenant used their deposit for rent.  So now there is no security if they become delinquent again.  is two weeks too short of  a time to demand or quit?

Issue a five day "Pay or remit" then file in court.
