My tenets allowed their kids to put stickers on the bedroom doors. We are unable to replace the doors as they are no longer made. I was told that we will need to replace all the doors if we want matching doors. Can the tenets be held accountable for having to replace all the doors due to this damage ie can I take the full amount out of their deposit?

scrape off the stickers use and adhesive remove such as goof off, sand, and paint or re-stain. If needed I'd think it would be cheaper to see about having the doors made at a cabinet shop or custom wood shop,
