tenant wants to breake the lease

I have a unit rented to a couple, last week they had a fight and the girl had to go to the hospital and the husbend have a warrant. She and his dad have been contacting me and she said that she cant continue with the lease since she is out and does not have the support of her husband. The issue that I am having is that I have both on the contract so she wants to breake it but he havent contact me. What should I do? How I demostrate that she brake the contract with out contacting the husband.
