Have a tenant I had a dog policy that consider dogs. When she applied dog was pet. I Ike’s dog and charged a twenty five a month pet fee non refundable. She said end of lease now that this dog was a support dog and I should give back her fee’s. She said she is disabled and this is a support dog. She signed the lease that he was never Support dog. She wants her money returned. Her lease is up June15th. After I wouldn’t sell the house to her all this is coming out. I sent her papers to tell us if she is staying or going on15th. No reply. If she does not reply by the 15th. I will send a vacate premises on the 15th of June. What else should I be doing?
