We filled an unlawful detainer in my roommate-tenant. now she says she has Covid19, she doesn't wear a mask around us and the property She is spending the nights in our place and some other nights at her boyfriends place Could we accelerate the eviction with this new issue? I doubt there is anything to speed it up. If she is really positive she'll probably be in remission before you can evict. Try to bribe her to move out. We'll give you X amount of money if you just move out and stay at BF house.
