Eviction Moratorium

I have a rental house in WA state. We have an eviction moratorium that expires Oct. 15th, 2020. Does the federal eviction moratorium that goes until Dec. 31st 2020 override the state one, or because the state one was first, is that the one to follow? Thanks!
