Hello, I have Mailed a 30 Day notice to vacate to my month to month renters. I have personal property there. Can i get a police escort to get my belongings so the tenant doesn't steal them. My tenet changed the locks.

Call the local PD and tell them you're afraid of confrontation and if they can have a unit present when you arrive at the property. I have a tenant that does this every time her ex shows up for visitation.
