Open a side by side duplex, I love on one side I rent the other side they just signed a lease last month but my wife and I are becoming very uncomfortable with the tenants can I give them notice to leave

Did you sign a month to month lease? if so you can give them a 30 day notice. Did you sign a year lease? Then know they don't have to leave until the lease is up as long as they pay and don't violate the lease.
