How to find someone you already evicted?

Hello everyone, I evicted a tenant out of my rental property and won in court for a judgment over $10,000.00 Does anyone know of any investigative services to how to find a MIA individual. The only way I can collect is to garnish wages, but they switched jobs during the court proceedings. I have a copy of his crane license? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I would hire a collections agency, as it's just too hard to go through all the work yourself. I don't personally know of any good ones, I apologize.
