I let my son and his wife put a mobile home on my land for free, but things have gone south. My question is, can I make them move off of my land? They also have people coming over that I don't want on my property. They are convected felons, and like to sue people to make money. What can I do to make them move off my property? Thanks.......... rm

You effectively have a verbal lease agreement, which you can decide to not renew at any time. Give them a 45 day notice of non-renewal, and be friendly but firm about having them move on.
