I own rentals in Kalispell, Montana & Coeur D' Alene, Idaho my questions is on pets> Can you charge a pet deposit on a service animal. I have been told by a friend that you can't charge disabled person a pet deposit on their service animal? I recently had to evict a person that her service animal did over $1,100 in damages. Please help me in these questions. Thanks, Mike
