I padid for a lease and now I cannot open it because it is password protected.

Make sure your document is opening in Adobe Reader, and not Adobe illutstrator. Also Make sure you have the most upgraded version of Adobe. Click the link below to download the latest version of Adobe Reader http://get.adobe.com/reader/
