LEASING

I want to send a lease via email. This will be my first time using paperless so I'm new to this electronis signature feature. Does any one know if I am supposed to send a pre signed lease or am I supposed to wait until the tenant signs first?

I have the tenants sign first then I send back a fully executed copy.
