Harrasment of tenant

My tenants are continuously being harrassed by my old neighbor. No other neighbors seem to have an issue. I could lose my tenants over this. I would hate for that to happen. I would like to seek legal action but do not know where to turn.

Kristin, I am not sure how to advise, but you may want to contact a real estate attorney. Or your tenants may need to, since they are the ones being "harassed"
