Johni, when doing anything online, its always best to use a secure site. A lot of sites display their security, which means they are safe!

Yes truly and I fully agree with your response but Every site has safe its not possible to every time.

Why wouldn’t you just create an Agreement using a word processor? -----Disclaimer: Since I’ve been answering a lot of questions, I thought I would make the following statement.
