A tenant wants to put up an Electric Fence in the backyard of a duplex to keep their dog in, there is an existing fence up now.

I would not allow an electric fence to be installed. There could be a liability factor. -----Disclaimer: Since I’ve been answering a lot of questions, I thought I would make the following statement.
