PLEASE help...for 6 weeks i've tried to get a copy of my lease agreement w/vrz which i've had for years. i've gone thru all the process , calls, written request, they lost request, and can't get a person to help. they sent me a copy of an old lease w/my deceased mothers name which will not help me . i need proof of income for a loan. please, this is such a simple reequest.
