Hello. My tenants are responsible for rountine maintenance but the lease is silent on gutter cleaning. Who is responsible for this type of maintnenance?

If it is not stated in the lease as "routine" you may want to handle gutter cleaning, who is liable if they fall? It's not a difficult task but may be a risky one. Talk it through with them or maybe look into a gutter cleaning service.
