tenants with meth lab

I live in Illinois and a person told me that they went to a tenant of mines home, and they was making meth, what should I do since its after the fact and can I loose my property if they get arrested

You need to be responsible and report the activity immediately to the police.  Meth lab contaminated homes are full of toxic chemicals.
