Need to "un-advertize" a rental property

Started advertising our 1 BR condo on Craigslist -- unit to be rented on September 5th. Haven't show the unit yet, but a relative has just expressed a desire to move into it. Said relative will need 30 days before she can move in; and isn't positive that she will. I plan to notify everyone of this change. It is our only rental property. I realize how this may look to some, but I am assuming there are no legal issues here -- again, haven't met with anyone or gone beyond scheduling appointments. Cheers, James
