Pit Bulls in CA

My rental house is in Corona, CA. Can I put a pet exclusion (Pit Bulls) in the rental lease agreement. I don't want to be held liable as the homeowner for these over aggressively type of dogs.  Can anyone give me advice?  R/S Alex
