What as a Landlord do you do if a tenant makes complaint about noise that is coming from a child from a unit. The tenants have talked to each other, Landlord has had verbal and written communication with unit in which noise is coming from and still the noise continues. What can the Landlord do?

The only thing to be done about this is to have the tenants file a noise complaint with the police so that you have an official record. Then send an official notice and noise complaint to the tenant that is being noisy. In this situation it is tough because unless there is proof the tenant can deny, and the complaining tenant is on the 1st floor. This is an issue because there will always be noise from a top floor tenant even if they are quiet.
