My name is Mimi, I currently rent a room to Tania. When Aug. 1st comes she said she only wanted to pay to the 9th because she will be moving out that date. She breached the contract that states it has to be 30 days notice before she can move. I don't want any headache and agreed with the payment. Now she wants to stay but refused to pay the rest of the rent. I live in a condo and she needs a parking permit to park and since she does not pay the rent, my question is am I responsible for her parking which will cost me $200.00 Thank you
