What do I do to help the tenant get credit for their credit report?

I am really new to this. So how do I get the credit performance on the tenant back into their credit report/history?

No credit is not bad credit. There is no way to build credit fast unfortunately. They best thing to do in a utility or a gas card or small low APR loan say for a vehicle. These usually are cheap per month and allow a person to slowly pay off with out being overwhelmed or getting surprise charges because of a high finance rate.
