Certified Letter Refused

My tenant refused to sign or take (receive) a certified letter I sent when Post Office tried to deliver it. What do I do?

If they refuse to sign a notice or eviction you must post it openly visible on the property itself.  You must also submit the notice to the court so that it is officially recognized.
