I am a tenant since December and my room door never been fixed and I had to buy a door knob for the front door coz I was entering through a back door to where the landlord room was but he moved to a room finally then the toilet never works since I moved there and do pay the whole 900.00 each month and have to have no visitors, wonder if this package of deal is not worth 900.00 a room. and its always cold never has a nice warm room
