How do you report a delinquent tenant to the credit bureaus? Where do you start, how much does it cost? What documentation do you need?

First check with all 3 credit bureaus Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. They each have their own process to submit delinquency. You will need proof and the tenants full information and if you do not have SS# the court can demand that the tenant release it to you or to the credit bureaus.
