black mold in bathroom

I recently purchased a three unit property and obtained new renters in one of the units. The unit was clean and no visible issues. The tenant just complained of black mold on bathroom walls and ceiling and i realized the ceiling ventilator wasn't working. I want to clean it and paint . Im concerned about tenants making issue of the mold. What should I do?

I have dealt with mold on multiple occasions.. As a Mold Inspection Charlotte NC i recommend Vinegar Spray more helpful in removing Black Mold from your houses in limited time.. Executive Restoration 5437 Cedarmint Drive, Charlotte,NC 704-545-0098
