Pet refusal because they are on the unacceptable list re: Insurance

I had someone send a message showing interest in a property I have advertized. With a bit of probing, she informed me that she has an American Bull Terrier and an American Staffordshire Terrier. Both of those dogs are on the "Unacceptable Dog Breeds" List with my insurance carrier. She mentioned that she can get her own insurance. She has in the past. I am trying to find the best CYA wording to let her know that I am definately not interested in having these dogs at my rental property. Any advice?
