Renter with child

Any suggestions I should include in a rent agreement for someone renting a room in my home who has a 3 year-old part-time?

Hello,       I would just include a roommate agreement to the lease and make sure you add your rules so that there are limits set up, since you will be sharing the property. Good luck!
