breaking my lease

can I break my lease if we found black mold, and it is making my whole family sick? my daughters are more sick than us, with nose bleeds headaches that wont go away even when we take them to the ER and they get iv meds the pain comes right back. the smell of food make them sick. stomach pain.

OMG... I believe that is definitely a reason to end your lease. I would be as easy as possible by having proof that the place is not safe for you and your family. ugh! Good luck!!!
