Hello,I just evicted a tenant that played the CA law and did not pay since Feb 2017 till now. He was evicted 8/11/17 and owe me over $12000. Any effective ways to ACTUALY collect the money from him ? Thank you

Use a collection agency but make sure they report to the major credit bureau's.
