tenant wants to lock me out of room until final day

I just told my tenant that I will not be renewing the lease due to safety issues that have occurred in the house. I live in the house. She rents a room. She has informed me that she will be putting a lock on her door. Is that legal?

It sounds like tenants want to annoy you. If she's leaving in a month, you may just want to let it ride. If you have an written agreement with her, what does it say?
