Room Rental and Garage Storage Included?

I rent a room to a woman in a house I reside in. The ad that she replied was for a room, and no storage was mentioned. She says that garage storage is implied and that all room rentals include garage storage. I have never heard of this. Thanks for your help!

Tell her no. Do you have a lease? Their is no implied, just what is in the lease.
