Hello ,Judge was given a judgment for un paid rent to an evicted tenant. I am in CA do you have a recommendation for a good collection attorney or a collection company? Thank you

It would help if you have their name, SS#, bank name and acct #. There's usually a cost but you should be reimbursed..... Good luck.....Keep us posted.

Talk with the county sheriff. They usually will try to collect for you. Be prepared to give them as much info as possible.

Are you sure the tenant has a worth going after?
