kentucky tenant leaving stuff after move out

My question: I have a tenant that moved out. their choice. there are no uttilities on, and vacant sign in mailbox. tenant had 30 days pus to move out and even has new address where they now live. however they still have stuff in my proprty, not to mention some damage . how long after they moved out do i have to keep their stuff ... and can i charge them for storing it. they have not yet returned keys... not really a problem since i change locks always ... but by still having keys can i change locks and begin refurbishing process??
