Hi i purchased a property with a friend of mine he was the buyer but because of his credit he didnt qualify so he needed a cosigner and i cosigned but at the end i was the only buyer he paid for half of the purchase fees so now hes leasing the propdrty from me til he pays me back my part of the money i put down so what kind of paper worl do i need to make
