I have a home in the Denton Dallas area of Texas that is for rent, but the previous tenant does not move out for another month.  Then Tenant is willing to show it since she is breaking her lease and wants to be as cooperative as possible.  What is safe and expected personal protection during this time for showing the home while a tenant is still there?  Is it wrong or possible to hire cleaners and movers during this time?  I live in California where that would not be socially correct and house cleaning is not considered an essential business. .
