Deck access on Multi Family

Hello, I own a 3 family that has front and rear decks. Does anyone know if this consider private and part of the apartment and requires notice. the doors to deck doesnt lock?

If there is no stated limitations on the individual leases then the decks are considered equal access to all apartments on property.
